Trans people exist and they are trans. They deserve to be treated fairly by society and competently by physicians. However, males cannot become females or vice versa. If trans could accept being trans rather than insist on biological impossibilities we’d all have better lives.

@TheVicMonte My understanding is that the catch was incomplete so touching the pylon is irrlevent. If Burks had caught the ball with two feet inbounds and THEN broken the plane/touched the pylon it would have been a TD but the catch has to be completed first (and it wasn't).

It was rebooted after publication of SCJ-compliant NHSE guidance and was taken by many to be cause and effect. If the family has any evidence of negligence they could just request an inquest.

Why did I blow the whistle?

Because these interventions don’t work. Period.

How do I know this?

Because our patients told us so.

Because in the privacy of the doctor’s office, where no therapist is judging, where no teacher who changed their name is listening- they knew.

They knew their health was worsening, they were tired, still sad, still lost, their labs were worsening.

Sometimes they knew in a matter of months, sometimes years later. But they knew.
