How to get Web3 Jobs
1. Secret tips to get them fast.
I realized many people don't know where to find Web3 jobs, so here's a list:
• Crypto Careers - https://t.co/Ndhb9b96PY
• Web3 Career - https://t.co/OEtegNYcx8
• Cryptocurrency Jobs - https://t.co/drMTYc56bg
• CryptoJobsList - https://t.co/9ezbxiI915
• BeInCrypto - https://t.co/zq2WsufdcV
• JobStash - https://t.co/7FHRR89IGq
• Remote3 - https://t.co/8j2pauxq6B
• Midnight Careers - https://t.co/L09WI894V4
• Dragonfly Jobs - https://t.co/EoDt8ujJ3o
• Block Careers - https://t.co/FpRcrmIj2C
• Solana Jobs - https://t.co/vYHlMoBT48
• AVAX Jobs - https://t.co/NPaziFlb4r
• Ethereum Job Board - https://t.co/GVOQrSdZOh
Contests & Bounty Platforms
• Superteam - https://t.co/kjiUBBPjc5
• Scribble DAO - https://t.co/YdKDYDgQg6
• Wizz HQ - https://t.co/PFuHjE9nQn
• First Dollar - https://t.co/pjEGhHEc9i
• Rova - https://t.co/dC6ZpoFVWd
There are plenty of other platforms too. Search around and you'll find more.
But finding openings is only half the game.
2. Don't rely only on job applications
When you find a project hiring, don't just submit an application and move on.
Teams can receive a huge number of applications, and many get filtered before a real person even sees them.
Look up the project on X.
Find the team members.
Follow them, join their Discord if they have one, understand what they're building, and then reach out directly.
Don't send a generic "I'm looking for a job" message.
Figure out what the project needs and show how you can help.
Keep your message short and make the first few lines interesting enough to get their attention.
The goal of a cold DM isn't to write a long proposal.
It's simply to start a conversation and show that you actually understand their needs.
3. Pick one skill and get really good at it
You don't need to learn everything at once.
Technical: Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, security, fronteend, infrastructure.
Non technical: Community, content, growth, BD, research, marketing, ecosystem.
Choose one area that fits you and focus on becoming genuinely good at it.
Once you've built a strong base, you can start adding more skills.
4. Create your own experience
Don't wait for someone to give you your first opportunity.
Pick a project you genuinely like.
Look for something they could improve.
Then build something useful around it and show your work publicly.
For example:
• Their onboarding is confusing → create a simple onboarding guide.
• Their educational content is lacking → make a useful tutorial.
• Their community engagement is weak → put together a practical growth strategy.
Now you're no longer asking:
«"Can you give me a chance?"»
You're showing them:
«"Here's what I can already do."»
One more thing:
If you're struggling to land your first Web3 job, offer to help a project for free.
Do the work, prove your skillss, and show them the value you can bring.
Once they see what you can do, there's a good chance they'll consider you for a paid role themselves. #crypto #Web3
