"It feels as if I've made a new best friend" β Anita Chaudhuri, The Guardian
Journalist Anita Chaudhuri spent two months with our AI journal and wrote about her experience in The Guardian. She got so hooked that she logged over 123 entries and 62,700 words (π€―) and explored what happens when your journal reflects back.
TL;DR:
1. It makes journaling easy (and a bit addictive)
2. It gives real feedback (that actually makes you think)
3. It makes you feel better (and has a positive effect on your life)
"On days when I'm feeling stressed, hangry or veering into existential crisis, I'm surprised to find comfort in the on-tap digital encouragement. Sometimes I feel that only the robot really understands me."

Besides Call Mode, we have some smaller updates:
- Faster app performance
- Voice recording that starts faster with improved transcription quality
- An updated 'Go Deeper' AI model that gives more meaningful insights
- New filters that make it easier to find entries with images, comments, or voice recordings
- More reliable syncing between web and mobile
We turned 3 years old today π
To celebrate, we have a new feature for you: Call Mode
You can now speak to your journal and hear it respond, like you are having a conversation (and yes, it works with AirPods).
We're still polishing this over the next few weeks.
Please let us know if something feels off, if you encounter a bug, or if you have any other feedback. π

Mindsera doesnβt mine or sell user data, and we donβt train AI models with user content. We take privacy very seriously.
All journal entries are private, encrypted, and processed securely for analysis.
We found your support ticket and it was answered earlier today.
The reason you didn't find your entry is that you archived it in the app, so it's hidden from the Entries page, and you can only see it if you use sorting and choose the "Archived" state.
Also, we just recorded and sent you a quick video explanation through DM showing how the Archive function works.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance. Happy to help. :)

@BendRealtyNerd Two-step authentication is tied to your Google Account, so you can turn it on there. :) We also have a cross-device passcode you can enable under Settings for extra security, and with the native app, you can add a biometric lock for the app as well. Send us a DM, happy to help.
