@DFSCare spent over 2.5k on sofa and chair in Sept 23, faulty USB port on the chair since day 1 that 3 engineers couldn't fix, rang customer care to ask to speak to store manager as per the last engineers advice, all I got was a 4th visit in Jan 24, shocking customer service 😡
