The same justices HE appointed pushed back on his administration's case.

Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud: the 14th Amendment was written after the Civil War to protect freed slaves, not to guarantee citizenship to every child born to someone who crossed the border illegally. Trump's argument isn't radical, it's logical.

But the Court looks set to block it anyway.

Over 250,000 babies are born annually in the U.S. to parents with no legal status. Every single one automatically becomes a citizen. Meanwhile, families in Europe wait years, jump through endless hoops, and still get rejected.
