Almost 2 years (anniversary soon!) since I started building RUN IT UP. The first version was the best imo — since then, I’ve tried variations that weren’t as successful, especially in creating an active community.

Today I am trying something new, a new step, an evolution: mindset @mindsetonbase — gated access — is born.

I’ll be sharing breakdowns, recaps, frameworks, market insights & more consistently until EoY.

After that, I’ll revisit cadence and structure — highly likely to continue, but I want to ensure communication and transparency first.

The journey continues! I want to allow myself to reevaluate at the end of every month, but realistically, we just keep going. I wanted to start with nothing almost nobody believing and build something, so I got it and it's time to keep grinding. I really appreciate a few people who have already joined and stayed with me.

has been a really rewarding and fulfilling experience for me personally

even though it's just one other person (at best) chatting but mostly me sharing my thoughts, process, research, how I'm doing things

missed some huge W's but caught a few plays

It's the end of the year so I'm gonna be revisiting on how I wanna run things going forward (just had a wild thought so will explore that!)

At the same time upside has been quite limited to 2-3x realistically, and that's assuming relatively great timings of bottoms and tops. Going to keep an eye on other upcoming launches.

It did quite well within the first day and then slowly dwindled down. I don't understand the promise of this specific 402 but it's pay to unlock sets of auctions.

Overall, launches are not doing too hot atm and getting dumped overtime after the first initial launch day. It's important to be careful not to ape a heavily sniped launch where it can be down only.
