@FerranGrau8 We need to see how other moves play out to fully judge this.
For now, it looks bad. These notes were intended to be converted into shares of QLE, but now they dilute $ASPI at a very low valuation.
Paul’s strong suit is supposed to be financing.

Market reacting in disgust/distrust on the convertible note swap news
Good chance to go long if you believe, but sucks to be an existing shareholder right now
ASP Isotopes Announces Agreements to Exchange Certain QLE Convertible Notes for ASPI Common Stock $ASPI, #ASPIsotopes, #QuantumLeapEnergy https://t.co/wTZeRM23CM
@wakerife123@UDiamondBalls Did you happen to look at the details for the latest batch of selling? Seemed like it was higher volume of sales than usual.
Maybe it was all sales to pay taxes, not sure

Unfortunately, Paul has not earned the trust of the public at this point in time.
Any financing maneuvers are treated with skepticism and send the stock plunging.
It is what it is
@PolemicTMM They are like the talented rookie draft pick who hasn’t played a snap of NFL football yet.
Oozing with potential but can’t be taken seriously until they show it on the field at the next level.
If Si – 28 doesn’t ship this quarter I’ll be pissed

@CryptoOwly I get what you’re trying to do, but I think there’s so much that we are not privy to that It’s just throwing shit against the wall when we come up with our theories like this.
It’s a fun way to pass the time though
@CryptoOwly If it was huge news, they would be up more than one percent premarket.
I like the positive momentum, but they need to show they are a real business.

@kkz8gs6cyh Well, I guess it really depends on how the stock does in the future. If the company is not able to deliver, we can look back and point to instances like this as the beginning of the end.
If they do well, it won’t matter.
@citidad@CryptoOwly He didn’t promise the spin out by June 30, but he did say it was a real possibility
But I agree with the sentiment that he needs to be more conservative with guidance as to timing with a lot of things
Under promise and overdeliver Paul!!

@Simipandaface i hear you, but in the immediate aftermath they will own 89% of $NOBA. down the road as more funding is needed is I'd expect $ASPI to own less of $NOBA.
$ASPI is spinning out its Renergen helium asset into a new Nasdaq-listed company — Noble Africa (NOBA) — via a reverse merger with $NDRA.
$50M private placement. ASPI retains 89%.
One of the only publicly traded helium development assets globally. Supply is tightening.
Not financial advice.
@Lars57360069@CryptoOwly@UDiamondBalls since $ASPI will own 89% of $NOBA, isn't it almost a wholly owned subsidiary at that point?
maybe as more funding is needed that stays off ASPI's balance sheet and ownership % decreases over time
