@PBandJenelley_1 I have to say this. If this wasnt the first time the dog bit her then I understand why. Think about it. If you had a toddler and they got bit by a dog wouldn't they put the dog down? Yes he shot the dog but honestly my dad shot a cat we had a long time ago when he got rabies.
