Globally, extreme weather events and climate catastrophes are only becoming increasingly more severe!! We as humans should choose to develop ourselves sustainably. We should count the environmental cost of everything we do!! We should before it’s too late to do anything!!
Men want to be vulnerable but they are not sure if they can trust each other. As a man, find you that one or two male friends who hold you down when your thoughts are waging war!! Make no mistake, we all need connection in our lives. Sometimes beyond relationships and marriage. 🗣️
Just saw UNAIDS report that PrEP uptake dropped 38% in 62 countries between 2024–2025 following funding cuts.
This isn’t just statistics!!!… it’s lives impacted and hard-won progress at risk.
As an emerging global health leader, I’m convinced the path forward isn’t just “more funding.” It’s smarter funding:
• Scalable, community-led delivery models
• Stronger integration with universal health coverage
• Genuine domestic resource mobilization
• Bold innovation in long-acting PrEP and prevention tools
We owe it to the next generation to build systems that don’t collapse when external funding fluctuates.
I’m committed to being part of the solution bridging data, policy, and implementation.

Today I declare with full conviction: Mental Health is a fundamental Human Right!!
No more silence. No more shame. No more treating mental suffering as a personal weakness while physical illness gets priority. Every human being deserves access to care, support, and dignity for their mind, just as they do for their body.
This is not negotiable. This is the standard we must set for our world.
I stand for it. I fight for it. And I call on all leaders, communities, and individuals to join me.
Mental Health is a fundamental Human Right!!

It’s no surprise that most can not even describe what they are experiencing! Some people say “I’m just tired” to mean I feel worthless, I feel like dying, or I am dying on the inside. Upbringing has a bearing on how men experience difficult times. We have to change that!! 🙋♂️
In all the men mental health awareness trainings I have done, majority have said they heard about mental health for the very first time — some did not know how to describe what they were experiencing!! We are brought up to not name emotions like sadness, depression or anxiety!!!
