To the Americans:
I've travelled all over the world. I've familiarized myself with many places, and met many people. And I'm a Canadian, although I’m privileged to reside once again in the States.
And here's something I've noticed, and it’s a key element of America's continuing greatness:
You bloody Americans value success, and you believe in its existence.
This is something that doesn't really happen anywhere else in the world. Even in other free democracies—the United Kingdom; Finland, Sweden, and Norway; Australia, New Zealand and Canada; Germany, France, and the Netherlands (great countries all)—a counterproductive cynicism too often reigns.
Success is equated with exploitation.
Ambition is looked upon with contempt.
This happens sometimes in the United States too—particularly among the miserable progressives, who confuse their resentment, ingratitude and unearned skepticism with wisdom.
But in your great country, by and large, striving is admired and success celebrated.
This means that more people strive and succeed in the US than anywhere else. And it's increasingly obvious. You remain stunningly more innovative and productive than any people anywhere else on the planet.
And so I say, as all should who are fortunate enough to live in the western world, let alone America:
Thank God for the United States.
Thank God for the wisdom of its founders.
Thank God for its faith in the free market and in the natural rights of man.
Happy birthday, you damn Yankees and Southerners.
Long may your admirable country dominate the world.
Long may your freedom and hope provide an example to those suffering everywhere at the hands of their malevolent states.
May your two and a half centuries of unparallelled success be just the beginning.
Your country is the light of the world, and the city on the hill.
Thank God for the USA.
Happy 250th.

Pediatrician Investigated for Sexual Misconduct in Ontario Now Practicing in Saskatchewan
I confronted Dr. Adegbenga Oluwaseun Rabiu at his medical office in Moose Jaw, where he is treating children of unsuspecting rural communities, about his track record in Ontario of being banned for life from practicing there following sexual abuse investigations. I asked why anyone should trust their children to his care.
Dr. Rabiu, a foreign-medical graduate from Nigeria, is currently charged with two counts of dishonest conduct by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) for allegedly hiding the fact that he was under a sexual abuse investigation in Ontario when he applied to renew his license in Saskatchewan.
Despite his concerning history of two separate sexual abuse investigations in Ontario, the CPSS continues to allow Dr. Rabiu unrestricted access to the most vulnerable members of our society: children.
The Registrar’s office of the CPSS filed an application on February 14, 2024, asking the CPSS Council to strike Dr. Rabiu’s name from the register.
The Registrar argued that had they been aware “of the entirety of Dr. Rabiu’s conduct at the time he applied for registration, it would have denied him licensure.”
But the CPSS Council denied the Registrar’s application to strike Dr. Rabiu’s name from the register, according to an exclusive document obtained by @MediaBezirgan’s research team.
That exclusive document lays out exactly what happened and raises serious questions regarding the fitness of Canadian medical boards’ competence and dedication to protecting the public from doctors like Rabiu. Learn more 👇🧵

Saskatchewan Medical Board Allows Nigerian Doctor Guilty of Child Assault to Keep Practicing in Yorkton
Dr. Anthony Amako Agomuoh of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, was charged by the RCMP with assault, resisting arrest, and assaulting a child with a weapon. He was found guilty of the assault-with-a-weapon charge, which he inflicted on his own child over a six-year period.
Concerned residents in Yorkton and the surrounding area are calling on the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan to take risk-mitigation measures, while the CPSS downplays the criminal conviction as mere “off-duty conduct related to disciplining a child,” as if Dr. Agomuoh simply got caught up in a case.
We obtained exclusive court documents from the Yorkton Provincial Courthouse that tell a very different story. The CPSS continues to allow Dr. Agomuoh to practice medicine without any restrictions, prompting serious concerns for child safety. Read more 👇🧵
Danielle Smith Says Sikh Community Predates Alberta Despite Prior Backlash from Albertans
The Premier was interviewed by REDFM News at Calgary’s 2026 Nagar Kirtan parade yesterday, where she repeated her “Sikhs quite literally built the foundations of Alberta" narrative.
“Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,” she began, which means “Purity belongs to Waheguru, victory belongs to Waheguru,” before addressing the question.
“The Sikh community goes all the way back to before Alberta was even a province. Sikhs have been here growing and building Alberta, and that’s part of the reason why we want to save the Dashmesh Cultural Centre to grow and build,” the Premier said, while listing the grants her government has given to the controversial community centre. EXCLUSIVE: RCMP Probe Found Alberta Prosecutors Relied on Foreign Doctor with Falsified Experience
Alberta Crown prosecutors have been relying on a forensic pathologist with a heavily falsified CV, according to findings from an official RCMP investigation that are now coming to light through a disclosure package.
David Stephan, wrongfully convicted in 2016 of failing to provide the necessaries of life to his son Ezekiel, says the pathologist’s testimony was central:
“I was wrongfully convicted and went to jail when I shouldn’t have gone to jail because of this Nigerian pathologist who may not even be a doctor.”
Adeagbo, the Crown’s star witness, claimed Ezekiel died from treatable bacterial meningitis rather than any failure by emergency responders. Stephan’s conviction was later overturned.
Now revealed in the disclosure provided to Stephan: RCMP found major “inaccuracies” in Adeagbo’s CV. He claimed employment at U.S. facilities including Fox Chase Medical Center, Salvation Army, Warren E. Smith Health Center, and Progressions Health System — but RCMP could not confirm any of it; his name appeared in none of their HR databases.
Despite this, Alberta Crown Prosecution Service ruled the falsified CV did not meet the threshold for perjury and recommended no charges.
Stephan says: “Alberta Justice needs to be vetting their expert witnesses a lot more.” He calls it “an absolute miscarriage of justice” that cost his family “over a million dollars, 10 years of their lives,” and demands every case Adeagbo touched be reinvestigated: “There may be people in jail right now who aren’t supposed to be in jail because of him.”
If Alberta Crown prosecutors relied on Adeagbo’s credentials in criminal proceedings, should Albertans be expected to trust the same prosecution service to determine whether that reliance caused miscarriages of justice?

I juggle copyright issues across multiple jurisdictions. I have a U.S. lawyer on retainer, a paralegal in the U.K., and an active international lawsuit against an Indian media company.
So yes, I am familiar with copyright law.
The fact that CBC internally discussed “flagging” my interview with a Humboldt Broncos victim’s family, after I used limited excerpts of CBC footage in a public-interest report criticizing CBC’s own coverage, is absurd.
My report did not pass off CBC’s work as my own. It did not hide CBC’s logo. It used limited excerpts for the purpose of criticism, review, and news reporting, which is exactly the type of use Canada’s fair dealing provisions are meant to protect.
Even more telling, CBC admitted it has no formal guidelines for monitoring or flagging independent creators who reuse CBC footage in critical stories. Yet my report was still circulated internally, discussed by CBC staff, and raised in the context of whether it could be “flagged.”
To me, that suggests this was less about copyright and more about CBC looking for a way to target criticism it did not like.
I appreciate the support from my donors, who enable me to do the work that I do voluntarily on a shoestring budget, while CBC, with its multibillion-dollar budget, funds its operations through money collected from Canadian taxpayers by force.
The Father Who Lost His Son and the Trucker Who Refused to Stay Silent
Chris Joseph, a former NHL hockey player, is one of the fathers who lost his son in the Humboldt Broncos tragedy.
Sunny is a Canadian-born Punjabi trucker who went viral for speaking out against corruption in the trucking industry.
Joseph met with Sunny today to thank him. Despite massive support from Canadians, Sunny has suffered threats and pressure for exposing the trucking industry’s LMIA immigration scam.

UPDATE: Dr. Widdowson Speaks Out After Arrest: “Warning Sign of Growing Totalitarianism in Canada”
After being arrested at the University of Lethbridge and released from custody with what a $600 trespass ticket, Dr. Frances Widdowson called on Alberta Premier @ABDanielleSmith to restore freedom of expression on Alberta’s campuses.
“It’s my views that make them see it as necessary to have me removed and charged with trespass,” said Dr. Widdowson, who has been vocal about the lack of evidence in the alleged mass graves of Indigenous children found in Kamloops, B.C.
“Premier Danielle Smith, if you don’t act in this case, you’re never going to act. You need to let universities know that freedom of speech on their campuses is an incredibly important value," she urges.
"If we can’t have freedom of speech on our university campuses, we’re not going to be able to disseminate knowledge to young people, train professionals properly, or have the bulwark against authoritarianism that we need in this society.”
Earlier today, Dr. Widdowson was arrested after returning to campus despite a trespass notice issued by the university, which had cited concerns that her presence posed a risk to the health and safety of some students. Follow @MediaBezirgan for more.
DISTURBING: Governments are now pushing “COVID 2.0” style measures, including fuel rationing, fines for driving, and new restrictions on commercial flights.
And it’s not isolated, the same pattern is emerging across multiple countries as fuel shortages begin to tighten.
Australia is warning of possible fuel rationing as supply chains strain, with some stations already limiting how much drivers can buy.
New Zealand is reviewing emergency laws that could restrict how often people are allowed to drive, including fines for violations.
Sri Lanka has already introduced weekly shutdowns to conserve fuel. Airlines are also cutting flights, with growing concern that wider travel limits may be next.
One industry executive says the current conditions feel similar to the early days of the pandemic.
So is this a short-term disruption, or the start of a “COVID 2.0” crisis?

You can blow through a stop sign, destroy 29 families, and Canadian media will advocate giving you an exemption from the law that requires you to be deported.
What kind of message does that send to the fraudulent trucking and immigration industry of Canada?
Wait, the husband is getting deported and the wife is STAYING in Canada, abandoning her husband and keeping the kid here too? Why? Who would do that? Go back to India, woman. Why would you force your kid to grow up fatherless?
An excellent piece of journalism here. Take 35 minutes and give this a listen. It is absolutely frustrating that this person is still here in Canada. He destroyed 16 families.
