I first paid them on the 28th of January to turn a concept I had made into a proper piece of art, I had asked at some point about an update when replying to a post about a ych she had going and at that point they didn't really answer the question, after that I sent a dm on the 11th of April and at that point they replied saying that they'll start working on it, I have been trying to get updates since April and apparently they started about a day ago but some drama happened apparently so now they act like they're the only one going through shit so I give up.
