Flight SG 921 delayed from 12:30 to 17:40+, multiple changes. Missed important client event. Raised AirSewa complaint, airline offered ₹500 voucher with wrong passenger names. Request resolution as per DGCA norms.

This case is also raised on AirSewa (Ref: WP361243), where an inadequate resolution of ₹500 vouchers with incorrect passenger names was provided.
