heads up before we go live: rounds now run on adaptive timing.

- casino rounds are 60 seconds by default. but when there are no active miners in a round, it can stretch up to ~25 mins.

- this saves gas on cranker txs during dead periods, and no $degenBTC is emitted in a round with no active miners.

tl;dr: when the arena's active, rounds are fast (60s). when it's empty, the clock slows down and emissions pause.

everyone asks "wait is minebtc a casino, a prediction market, or an nft game"

it's all three running on the same bet.

one action feeds four loops at once. lets break it down

loop 1: the round. every 60s you bet SOL on a country + a direction (climb/hold/fall). round resolves instantly. right call mines degenBTC + SOL. miners who choose right country but wrong direction still get degenBTC but no SOL.

loop 2: the country race. every bet also adds to your country's score on a leaderboard. over ~4 hours those scores rank all 12 countries against each other, and the ranking settles.

loop 3: your hashbeast. lock one as your operator and every win feeds it XP, mutations, and evolutions. it gets stronger and rarer the more you play, and its progress scores for your country too.

loop 4: the economy. your SOL routes into rewards, fees, buybacks, liquidity, and burns. the token economy literally runs on the volume the game produces.

you make ONE bet and it hits a fast round, a slow faction war, your nft's progression, and the token economy simultaneously.
