BNB Chain blocks are 0.45 seconds. We measured it, twice, across 21,000 blocks.

That broke our first design. A mining round counted in blocks would silently get shorter every time BNB speeds up — and BNB has gone 3s → 1.5s → 0.75s → 0.45s. Each round releases 50 NFTs, so a drifting round length means a drifting supply schedule.

So MINECAT on BNB counts rounds in time, not blocks. 60 seconds, constant, no setter. Not even we can speed up how fast these come out.

Points you earn playing are attested by the server, then paid from a reward pool I fund. The contract refuses to pay a reward out of anyone's principal:
