So RTD is maybe gone (via his instagram) but this press release didnt announce it? He also insinuates Murray Gold is making things up.

The implication is that there's a plan, but also that they are looking for new showrunners or partners to provide a plan?

RTD says the special was just a temporary thing until they had a real future confirmed.

But there's no future confirmed. No season date. No showrunner. No Doctor (is Billie Piper sticking around?).

Not even one last episode to clue up the like six current storylines!
