@pashtushindia You should remove your contact information from the website as nobody response back if we call. I have placed an order on Jan 1st, paid extra amount for express shipment but it's been 16 days and I haven't received my order. @jagograhakjago should look upon this.

@DTDCIndia is full of fraudulent activities. It's been weeks since I raised request, multiple complaints and multiple customer care calls but I haven't got my parcel yet. It's high time to raise voice against @DTDCIndia and file complaint in @jagograhakjago@consumerforum_

Hi @Swiggy@SwiggyCares such a shameful incident. Have ordered 5 parathas but received only 2. Your service is Soo bad that even after knowing it's your fault, you are not offering the refund. If I don't get a resolution and a refund here - I will escalate to court. @harshamjty
