pissed with @TMobile never encountered poor customer service & lack of communication. a customer shouldn’t have to wait a week for a signal box to use phone and still pay full price for line and still a week later no service..what happened to “the team”? It failed me

This is what I ordered from @Overstock and look how it turned black less than six months still in the package..they don’t want to replace their product don’t care if you’re a loyal customer or not

@Overstock don’t want to stand by their merchandise or products so just know that if you buy anything and want to wait before opening Overstock will not refund anything doesn’t matter if it’s still in the original package after the 30 days, he’ll they won’t even replace it

So I called @Overstock to see about a refund or replacement because on their website it states if you need refund after 30 days call and speak to customer care and they will decide from there. Now I shouldn’t ever open a package to artwork that should be gold to be black and they

Well people if you order anything from @Overstock make sure you check your packages immediately no matter how small. I bought a metal frame artwork didn’t open it right away because I was moving, so when I opened the package the metal had turned black..less than six months
