@SimonTheNoob@IntCyberDigest Claude is incredibly biased against China. Someone has been documenting it here, asking claude to write his own reflection after being confronted with its own biases. https://t.co/29CM0zFeDu
As a Chinese person, I certainly don't want to see Europeans all installing air conditioners. If all 500+ million people across Europe ran AC and lived the way folks do in China, it would spell real trouble for our planet.
Moreover, just as Europeans don't want to see modernization in China's Tibet and Xinjiang, claiming it destroys the culture of local ethnic minorities, we Chinese feel the same way — we don't like seeing modern technologies, such as AC, destroy Europe's primitive way of life. It's an assault on Europe's indigenous culture. We Chinese must speak up for the preservation of European traditions, and never allow modern technology to wipe out Europe's backward but beautiful cultures.
@Observer3b@whiteTony99 You are unfortunately just showing us that prejudice against the Uyghur people is real, and it is not just Western propaganda. Which is the opposite of what he does, btw
😢 He always claim the Uyghurs are living wonderfully in Xinjiang.
The harvested organs is the Falunggong people😭 I once ended up in that Falunggong Shen Yun thing (I did not know!) The worse part was when they enacted the "communists persecution", and the German audience was just lovied it! 🙄🙄 It was so embarrassing 😭😭😭😭
Yet another absolutely perfect example of how Western leaders don't understand China at all, and how that's ultimately detrimental... to them.
The "Plaza Accord" is pretty much universally seen in China as the textbook case of Western economic imperialism - the moment America weaponized currency policy to kneecap Japan. And, case in point, it's widely seen as the trigger for Japan's so-called "lost decades."
Plus there's of course the profound idiocy of telling the Chinese you want to treat them like the Japanese...
Explicitly saying that's your objective is just about the single best thing you can say to rally all of China against whatever it is you're proposing.

@baoshaoshan@AngelicaOung I am also with you and think there is a lot of overhype in the agi thing. But I would not underestimate the size of the game changer. They are not all the same, and this seems to be a really major one.
So basically now we have America accusing China of using slaves to pick cotton, Japanese saying China is populist and militarist, Canadians saying China oppresses indigenous people, and Indians saying China has a caste system.
So basically China is a mirror.
@haugerr_@DonJustino_ It might be widely known as racist in many parts of the world. Certainly not everywhere. For most of my life I did not associate it with racism. My cousin married a Japanese descendant woman. She made fun of me because of how charmed I was with their babies eyes
