@British_Airways “Actively trying to locate our luggages”? It’s been 120 hours and counting and we have provided the AirTag information for days. What’s going on? We have never experienced such lack of efforts from any airline. You lost more than just a customer today.
It’s been 48 hrs since @British_Airways “lost” our luggages (along with 20+ other passengers) and claimed that they were loaded onto the plane when clearly from our AirTags show they never even left the US! Zero update, zero action, zero accountability. #neverflyingbaagain
100 hrs and counting with no updates on our “lost” luggages when we have sent the AirTag locations. How’s this ok? @British_Airways still no email, no sms updates and now your tracking site even “lost” our reference number #neverflyingBA again
@British_Airways you ruined our vacation with your customer service. 40+ years of traveling you are absolutely the worst by far. Losing luggage happens but it’s the lack of communication and action makes you the worst
@British_Airways how’s this your business practice? #neverflyingBA again 80+ hrs and counting and you’re still “searching for our luggages” when we have provided the air tag location 48 hrs before.
It’s now been 72 hours and still no update. We have even provide the #airtags locations and still no communication back from the portal. @British_Airways how is this your normal practice?

“The term Agile has been diluted almost to meaninglessness because of unrestrained marketing”. Agile is way more than a process, a methodology, it has to start with a mindset #agile#mindset https://t.co/V6efd0IKk5
Hong Kong, the 5th fastest growing start up cities in the world, still faces a lot of challenges. Been following #TinkLab since its founding, this is indeed sad news and a setback for the city of Hong Kong and our community of #entreprenuers https://t.co/HMI3BhweDG
