On August 18, 1982, JUDITH LYNN RUE was last seen at the Prince William Hospital’s Health Office at about 11 a.m. Her body was found later that day around 3 p.m. on a dirt road near 6700 Davis Ford Rd. in Manassas. An autopsy revealed she died from strangulation. #PWCPD #ColdCase
