The last two 3 people I spoke to helped me and now my pending went to paid. The ones I spoke to before weren’t so helpful and gave me the 8-10 weeks answer as well.

Or I’m calling back 🤨 I suggest people call and keep calling until you get through. Fingers crossed you get the nicer/helpful agents

@Brandon63870901 @ESDwaWorks Sorry you just now finding out. I got the hyperlink alert button to send in those same documents on January 7. I had called them because it’s been a month now of “pending”. They told me that the process takes up 8-10 weeks for them to verify my identity. I’m still waiting 😩
