Religious guilt is so important, I pray we never lose that sense of guilt in our hearts.

faiza iftikhar has written zareena with so much nuance and tenderness and amar khan brings her to life with such brilliance that you can’t help but ache for her. her pain, her helplessness, her longing for happiness. and THE WAY THE FLASHBACKS TRANSITION INTO THE PRESENT? Insane

If Hum tv really wanted to launch him as an actor, they should’ve started with comedy. Those Ramadan plays were a wayyy better introduction than whatever this is. Here, it genuinely feels like he’s parodying ptv dramas…like every clip I’ve seen of him looks more like a skit for

Now THAT is how you make a show. The writer understood the assignment. The director did it justice. The actors nailed it.Television this good deserves every bit of praise.

Dare-e-Nijat is such a masterpiece by Umera Ahmed. Zamil is basically representation of average Pakistani man: khud jo marzi karo, lekin biwi hamesha naik, shareef aur parda-daar chahiye. Hypocrisy is just too real.

This beghairat admi had sax sux with his gf first, then blamed her for her past even though he was a part of it, and suddenly wanted to marry a girl who wears a burka. Oh that burka wali girl he married is gonna eat him alive😭

Pakistanis are weird!
They would feed a Gora for free for months but not give a free naan to a kid who is starving for days.

the society that allows an 8 yr old child to be r*ped, murdered, and discarded just for walking to the local shop and the reactions are she shouldn't have gone there alone, is entirely collapsed. a society this rotten shouldn't exist. It should be burned to the ground.

Over 14,000 rape cases have been reported in Pakistan in the last 4 years, yet parliament refuses to introduce catastrophic punishments for these B@stards.

They rape. They murder. They walk among us freely.

[M. @syedamaheenkam]

Eshal Fatima, who was only 17 years old was kidnapped, raped and murdered by this Yazeed and 2 other men in Sultan Colony Jhang. Not a single day goes by without news of a woman being attacked with acid, raped or kidnapped in Pakistan.

[Ihtisham Ul Haq @iihtishamm]

A young maid in Lahore was raped by the owner's son and driver for 5 months straight. When she got pregnant, they took her for an abortion, she never came back.

Justice must be served 💔
