just to briefly give my thoughts on the whole hananene doesn’t exist thing. i think the current part of this arc is meant to illustrate the sequence of events which led to yugi sensei and the cat’s formation. i believe the original timeline will be returned to eventually, 1/4

yugi lore isn't really my thing but i'm intrigued as to why the entity is so insistent of tsukasa's comfort despite being dedicated to "make him pay". tsukasa's wish never asks for anything of the sort so i wonder if there's something we don't know yet?

@wontstayburied i think so too! while it may seem rather puzzling, i think it goes well with the whole theme against the stereotype that supernaturals are inherently evil and apathetic. to have even the infamous god-like entity gain a soft spot for one of its victims...
