Almighty. We thank You for every blessing. Hidden and apparent. You know our pain, disappointment sadness, grief and loneliness. You’re All-Knowing and All-Seeing. Ease our struggles and comfort us. We trust Your Plan though we’re unaware what’s to come. Aameen.
Almighty. Grant peace to our hearts that are heavy and our minds that are restless. Be our light when we can’t see the way. Bring hope to those who are struggling and feeling helpless. We thank You for Your endless Compassion and Mercy. Aameen.

Teri Dua Se Qaza To Badal Nahin Sakti
Magar Hai Iss Se Ye Mumkin Ke Tu Badal Jaye
Teri Khudi Mein Agar Inqilab Ho Paida
Ajab Nahin Hai Ke Ye Char Soo Badal Jaye
Teri Dua Hai Ke Ho Teri Arzoo Puri
Meri Dua Hai Teri Arzoo Badal Jaye

Astaghfirullah for the times I begged for forgiveness and ran back to that sin.
Astaghfirullah for the blessings I've received and taken for granted.
Astaghfirullah for every time I was ungrateful.
Astaghfirullah every single time I have doubted His plans for me
If you’ve been feeling distant from Allah… start with istighfar during Tahajjud
Not to ask for a specific thing. Not to fix one problem.
But to return to Him. Everything else will follow.
Allah says:
“And in the hours before dawn, they used to ask forgiveness.” (Qur’an, Az-Zariyat 51:18)
These aren’t just people who pray They are people Allah loves. They live with His mercy, sleep with His peace, and wake with His barakah.
Astaghfirullah, for every time I was ungrateful.
Astaghfirullah, for when I’ve looked down on others.
Astaghfirullah, for when I worshipped with my body but not my heart
Astaghfirullah for when I held grudges too long.
Astaghfirullah for the sins I remember and those I forget to repent for
Astaghfirullah for when I cried to Him and then forgot Him when I felt okay again
When I started running last year, I didn’t expect it to change me the way it did. I’m not the same person anymore. Running has quietly taught me life lessons I didn’t even know I needed.

Stop stressing when others give up on you, walk out on you and turn their backs on you. It’s not the end of the world. The Almighty will see to it that you weather the storms in life if you bear beautiful patience and trust Him. Don’t hesitate.
