now let’s talk about how to actually get the job fast

having the right skill set and knowing where to apply is one part of the puzzle but getting the gig is another

step 2: practical steps to get a web3 job (secret)

-> cold DMs: this is the art of sending your proposal directly to your potential employer

when you find companies that are hiring, don’t stop at applying through the job boards

this is why many people never land a job, because they get many applications each day and sometimes really on bots to filter

-> Do this: search for the project on X, identify their teams members, follow them, join their discord (if any), start pitching yourself strategically

identify their problem and propose a solution you can provide

make it short, don’t write a wall of text, writing some catchy first few lines will ensure your dm doesn’t get ignored

your cold DMs should be focused on getting their attention to respond, you can do this by letting them know you understand what they need

points out the problem > then propose a solution

always aim for brief, short and concise writing

keep it as short as 3 paragraphs, this is the magic number that has proven to work best for me

step 3: POW - proof of work

build a professional resume for yourself, this will help you stand out and showcase your skills

use Canva or Claude to generate a good looking resume

convert your resume to a portfolio website using AI and add the link on your bio to make it easy for potential employers

your X profile is also your biggest POW, share what you’re doing, your work, clients testimonials, add them to your highlight

be your biggest shiller - close mouths don’t get feed

step 4: Mindset

landing a web3 job is a numbers game, the more you apply, the higher your chances of success

do quite after applying for a short period, some people takes days before checking their DMs

if you want to get results, you must be persistent, remember you’re not the only one

if you send only 10 cold DMs a day
x7 (one week) = 70
x30 (one month) = 300

it will be close to impossible to apply to 300 just and not receive feedbacks

Nhìn to vậy chứ mỗi dự án ngày tốn vài phút :v

Như mọi người thấy hôm qua thì mình có share về $HYPER Airdrop của Hyperlane, không phải khoe vì mình thấy hầu hết các ví trúng Airdrop Hyperlane chỉ khoảng vài trăm token thì đây cũng là một trong những kèo mình hay gọi vui là TRIỆU VOL.

Bên cạnh Hyperlane & sau Hyperlane mình sẽ tiếp tục cày TRIỆU VOL các dự án. Trước khi đi vào dự án thì mình đánh giá các dự án trên tiêu chí (từ ưu tiên cao tới thấp) bao gồm:

1⃣ Sản phẩm: Quan điểm cá nhân của mình điều quan trọng nhất phải là sản phẩm. Sản phẩm phải ngon, phải mượt, phải tốt hơn mặt bằng chung thị trường bởi chỉ có như vậy dự án mới thật sự có người dùng, có phí thu từ người dùng và đây là nền tảng tạo nên một Mega Airdrop.

2⃣ Đội ngũ & Lộ trình phát triển: Dự án phải liên tục phát triển, mở rộng, tích hợp với mục tiêu liên tục có thêm người dùng mới và gia tăng lượng doanh thu.

Đội ngũ phát triển phải commit, hoạt động liên tục để đạt được mục tiêu đó.

3⃣ Investor: Với mình Investor không phải yếu tố quan trọng nhất khi làm Airdrop (tất nhiên kèo nào kêu gọi vốn khủng vẫn chiến) nhưng dự án làm được 1⃣2⃣ sẽ tự động kêu gọi thêm được vốn trong tương lai, từ đó FDV càng ngày càng cao.

Quay lại với TOP 5 dự án mình sẽ làm TRIỆU VOL bao gồm:

1⃣ @jumperapp (hiện tại đang là 3.5 triệu đô Volume & rank 901, mục tiêu in 500).

2⃣ @RelayProtocol (hiện tại đang gần 1 triệu đô Volume).

3⃣ @bebop_dex (hiện tại mình nghĩ cỡ khoảng 400 - 500 ngàn đô Volume).

4⃣ @PhoenixTrade (đặc điểm con này là càng cày càng nohole như kiểu Sau Rừng aasyyy, con này thì không check được Volume nên không có thông số chính xác).

5⃣ @EspressoSys (hàng này ngày xưa build nền tảng L1 giờ chuyển sang Cross-chain vẫn chưa ra mắt sản phẩm, có chắc fang luôn).

Ngoài ra đã có một số Airdrop nhưng mình vẫn tiếp tục cày bởi vì lượng Allocation cho Airdrop vẫn ngon, mức độ cạnh tranh giảm nhiều và phí giao dịch cũng đã giảm đi rất nhiều bao gồm @LayerZero_Core @wormhole @hyperlane
