Sometimes I feel writer block coming but then I see someone create a really good piece of content (video/podcast/essay) every week so consistently and i feel motivated to come back to my creation process. Is this weird🙃
writing about the ideal writing environment - wonder if i should share on substack, is it too niche?? I just KNOW writers are particular about their environment - unless I'm in my flow then I can write on my phone at a diner bar (true story)
i watched eternal sunshine of the spotless mind yesterday for the first time and this confirmed once again that i am indeed a late bloomer. movie is a work of art!
your brain inner work and wiring change when you learn a new language. learning a language is such a gift. i hope more people start doing this in these trying times, it helps us become more empathic and open to other cultures

i wrote a piece today about making a place home vs. moving to places to try to find a home (provided your current home is safe)
its crazy but youre actually trapped if you are constantly in a race to find a better place. its liberating to build roots and be happy doing so
i read yesterday that constraints give meaning and i couldnt agree more.
whenever I have a whole day to myself, i end up feeling like I didn't do enough but if i have an hour to write and come up with something, i am satisfied
i love local businesses where you can obviously see their intentional sourcing of products - quality, locally sources, taste, etc.
make you feel cared for as a patron
