Non European countries should start believing in their continental style of football because copying what Europeans do will never make them better than European countries. The original is just better than the imitation in football.
@thenanaaba Imagine if Nigeria qualified for this FIFA world cup, the things happening in Nigeria some people would expect them to condemn they would never speak about football.
@dylmjack Madala (as a national team coach) was allowed to say whatever he wants about a certain SA team (many SAns were happy & loughing) and he realized that there's no unity in this country so he can say whatever he wants about country and some SAns will be happy and loughing
SA football fans look down on Kaizer Chiefs FC finishing 3rd on PSL then praise Bafana Bafana for finishing 3rd on AFCON & world cup qualification.
NDA has to be part of a contract between whoever is going to be the new coach and Kaizer Chiefs FC ngeke some coaches lack the professionalism needed when things come to an end.
In this year's FIFA world cup only one coach has not been doing much coaching for a while, he just assembles players from the best performing domestic teams and hope for the best. Work smart don't work hard vibes
@Dwabaman_ZA@Velile_Mnyandu@BafanaBafana Gareth Southgate has been the most successful coach (manager) of England men's football team in years but he was not spared from the criticism when things went wrong. TaHugo will & has to be criticized too when things are bad
I blame Arsenal FC for being too good in their style of football, it seems effortless that oom Hugo thought he could just adopt it... rude awakening!!!!
Imo I think many of the SA football fans who are "against" Bafana Bafana actully love Bafana Bafana players, they just don't like the way the coach speaks about SA football in general
@FrenzyJames1@AfricaFirsts Are you saying the original tweet has "flawed comparion" or you are suggesting that Brazilians prefer watching pl which is why they've won more world cups than others? The tweet was about a country preferring their own league more than other's
@NNyashaYessur@AfricaFirsts@burns___ So by this logic you are suggesting that other African countries are not exposed to their national leagues but exposed to epl
@illythehost Or take him to a country with very strict alcohol laws where his options would be 1. Stay sober and play football as a free man 2. Stay sober in jail as a foreigner no freedom
@channelafrica1@peterndoro What is worse imo is the humiliation was done by SAFA live on national SA TV in front of the SA minister of sport & the SA president... SARU would never do that to fellow SA rugby players
@sandile_gqoboka Even Maguire was dropped from England squad even thou his been there for years, my point being there for a long time should not be the reason used to pick him.
Jose went to Portugal and worked with Portuguese budget because of his love for football but you have South Africans who thinks Pitso can't work in SA with SA budget because of his love of football.
