Complete unacceptable service from @TheAA_UK. Contacted them over 2.5hrs ago. Took 40 minutes to get through to confirm my situation after online form filled in. 1 hr estimate for recovering turned into 1.5hrs for a phonecards to say no recovery until 7.45am.
