Allot you technician and then technician calls you after a week giving excuses for not visiting and then there again nothing will be done.

There are list of complaints regarding your customer support
You can’t even reach to customer executive as they say they will call you and you never get a cqll.
And then lucky you if you get through them, they register your complaint and all
