General sentiments I’ve received throughout four decades of skateboarding, by age:
10: “You’re good for your age”
20: “I can’t believe you can make a living doing that”
30: “You’re still skating?”
40: “Aren’t you too old for that?”
50: “You’re good for your age”

@choosenick Well... I still have interactive CD-ROM I did in 2006, but... no CD drive to play it. I was about how democracy works in UK. I did pretty good job on it, based on where world went since that CD-ROM came out😂
"Influencer" is an awful job name that needs to be phased out.
They are content creators and storytellers. The term "influencer" was created largely by the advertising industry, which reduces content creators to just that: a tool of influence with no real creative merit.
You were “gifted & talented” in elementary school, choose your path:
⚪️ anxiety
⚪️ depression
⚪️ fear of failure that plagues your every decision
⚪️ intense guilt that you’ll never live up to your earlier potential
⚪️ good at crossword puzzles
🔘 all of the above
Are you a designer and also a mum? We're putting together a piece speaking to working mothers about how they cope with stress. Email [email protected].
@bjornjeffery Also the whole App Store is build around new app releases and not updates etc so it makes little marketing sense. Even for press releases it’s better to say “hey we have a new game” rather than “we made a major update”. At least that’s the case for premium games and apps
@bjornjeffery I don’t think paid updates makes sense at this point. It’s too late. It will cause a massive backslash if something was free for years and now ppl to pay for it
