BREAKING: Donald Trump gets slammed with a massive new scandal as immigration attorneys reveal that he deported migrants to civil war-torn South Sudan in violation of a court order — even though they're not from that country.

This regime has spiraled completely out of control...

"Return is imminently reasonable—and necessary—in such a situation, as the Supreme Court recognized in recent weeks,” the attorneys wrote, referencing the ruling on Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

The filing from the attorneys accused the administration of violating an injunction from U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy which required that the administration provide advance notice to noncitizens and their attorneys in a language that they understand before they can be removed to a country which they have no connection to.

The migrant must then be given a "meaningful opportunity" to present a claim that they could face persecution or torture if the deportation is carried out.

The immigration attorneys wrote that their clients are being removed to a country "that is now returning to full-blown and catastrophic civil war."

One of the migrants is Burmese and another is Vietnamese — which are obviously countries in Southeast Asia not Africa — and the attorneys wrote that there "likely" at least ten other migrants on the deportation flight.

"They cannot be allowed to do this, this is not the first and won’t be the last if they keep getting away with it! I am begging for your assistance,” the Vietnamese individual's partner wrote in an email to one of the attorneys.

At this point, Donald Trump cannot make it any more clear: he does not care about the courts, does not care about the rule of law, and will do whatever it takes to pander to his xenophobic base.
