@CaryKelly11 Bones show trauma, not chronic disease. Meat was a survival food historically, not proof of optimal health. In modern conditions, plant-based diets consistently show better outcomes. I’ve been vegan 15 years, only B12, reversed all my chronic disease diseases. No cold in 5 years
