I see a lot of #NFT ads these days. If you feel a sudden urge to buy an NFT, stop and evaluate where that urge is stemming from. It is most likely a passive decision associated with anxiety. Keep in mind-without the confidence in facts to back up your decision you will regret it.

1. Don't try to multitask - Focus on one thing at a time

3. Take time off to do something you enjoy and unplug completely from work/tasks during that time
