Tomura holds Spinner's neck with both hands it means something different to the both of them.
This isn't to say that Spinner feels like this all the time, he cherises Tomura's touch because it shows the trust and love between them, its only ever deathly when its one finger away.

I think Spinner would have a autassasinophilia kink because he’s crazy suicidal and with Tomura there is a high risk of death. To pair, Tomura’s got a choking kink and loves wrapping his hands around Spinner’s neck, but far from a threatening way- he likes feeling his pulse.

Since he's been a weapon of destruction and a bringer of death since the incident with his family. So being able to be taken away from that and love someone normally might mean alot to him. So I think he'd hate that Spinner romanticizes the idea of being killed by him. When-

Spinner is super cute to me because when he's naked, he's just all green and pink. JUST those two colours. His skin is green, then his eyes are pink, his hair is pink, his mouth is pink, his junk is pink.
