🚨 SBI Clerk 2025 Gujarat: A Hidden Opportunity for Aspirants?

First Waiting List (Gujarat Circle): • Candidates called for Document Verification: 96 • Present: 44 • Absent: 52

One reason could be that Gujarat generally has fewer local banking aspirants compared to many other states, while vacancies are often decent. As a result, competition and cut-offs can sometimes remain relatively lower.

The Language Proficiency Test (LPT) is generally manageable if you prepare well. This year, some candidates also faced a short oral interaction, and many cleared it successfully. Interestingly, a large number of selected candidates were from Rajasthan.

My suggestion:

If your preparation is good, always prefer your home state for SBI Clerk. Life is much easier in terms of language, food, family, and posting location.

Consider another state like Gujarat only if you're struggling to get selected in your home state and your age limit is nearing.

If you're under 25, don't rush to another state. Keep improving, work hard, and aim to secure a job in your own state first.
