史庭福儿子刚刚（2026年9月22日22点30分）接到监狱电话，说史庭福在今天下午五点因心梗去世，目前尸体停放在殡仪馆，监狱说明天上午会再联系他沟通。
史庭福儿子不久前刚探视过他，感觉他当时状态挺好，史本人也没有提出身体有不适。对于史庭福的突然去世，其子很难理解和接受，处于极大的悲痛之中。

【澳门首宗国安案件：区锦新案闭门审讯落幕】据法新社，前立法会议员、六四纪念活动组织者区锦新一案，法院周五表示审讯程序已经结束，判决将择日宣布。区锦新自2025年7月被捕，是澳门2023年扩大国安法适用范围后首名遭逮捕人士，也是首宗依据今年新通过的法案、在闭门程序下受审的案件。他被控"颠覆国家政权罪"，以及与被指对中国不利的境外组织和媒体建立联系，当局称其"危害国家安全"。

代表区锦新的伦敦大律师博伟力批评审讯程序：区锦新在没有独立法律代表的情况下，审讯便在秘密中完成，程序本身即显荒谬；如此严重的指控，不可能在这么短的时间内得到充分的证据评估与正当程序。曾在澳门执业的葡萄牙律师马桂雄同样指出，闭门审讯令案件脱离公众与新闻监督的视线，而秘密正是掩盖司法不公的手段；这与公义、安全或法治无关，其真正目的是威吓所有人向中共全面屈服。

现年69岁的区锦新，多年来是澳门六四纪念活动的组织者之一。1999年回归前，澳门与香港曾是全中国仅有能够公开悼念六四死难者的两个地方，如今这道最后的空间，也正在被彻底关闭。

Wow. So this ProPublica reporting alleges that Collins:

— Helped steer millions of dollars in federal defense funding toward Navatek while its CEO, Martin Kao, and his network were financially supporting her political operation.

— Was the beneficiary of a $150,000 donation to a pro-Collins super PAC that Kao funneled through a shell company, concealing that the money ultimately came from a federal contractor.

— Was allegedly tied to an arrangement where, after that $150,000 contribution, Kao told colleagues that Collins had committed to supporting $32 million in naval funding for Navatek.

— Had staff who, according to emails reviewed by ProPublica, pressed Navy officials toward Navatek for specific contracts, despite the awards nominally being competitive.

— Allegedly told Kao in a private meeting, “You’ve seen me deliver,” while her political operation was seeking continued financial support from him.

— Had a campaign fundraiser contact Navatek after the hidden $150,000 donation because, according to an email, “Senator Collins would like to call Martin to thank him.”

— Benefited from more than $40,000 in donations Kao allegedly orchestrated through extended family members ahead of a 2019 Collins event at Navatek’s Maine facility.

— Had campaign emails that, according to ProPublica, mixed discussion of Navatek’s Collins-backed federal funding with fundraising plans for her reelection.

— After the shell-company donation drew scrutiny, people connected to Kao and the pro-Collins super PAC discussed having the entity make charitable donations and scholarships, including in Maine, to make it look like a legitimate organization rather than merely a vehicle for concealing the political contribution.

— Became a focus of FBI anti-corruption agents who, by late 2024, believed there was enough evidence to pursue a broader bribery investigation involving members of Congress.

— Then saw that broader investigation effectively die after Trump returned to office and the FBI anti-corruption unit and DOJ Public Integrity Section handling these cases were depleted by firings, departures and policy changes.
