Korea's Fair Trade Commission has opened an investigation into ADOR's alleged 'discriminatory contract termination and damage claims' against NewJeans.
They announced that they cannot disclose the findings of the investigation until it is complete.
the way he ends his writing with asking each member to stay with him for a very long long time, at this point he's begging them to never leave him.

“If you’re boycotting ADOR, why is streaming okay but buying albums isn’t?”
This is probably one of the most common questions I see.
The short answer is:
Because streaming and buying physical albums are not the same thing.
When you stream music on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Melon, or other platforms, the money isn’t distributed the same way as when you purchase a physical album or official merchandise. South Korea has a collective copyright management system.
Songwriting royalties are administered through KOMCA (Korea Music Copyright Association), while performers’ neighboring rights are managed through organizations such as FKMP. This means that songwriters and performers are legally entitled to receive royalties from the digital use of their work. For example, when a song is streamed, registered songwriters receive their share of the songwriting royalties. If multiple people wrote the song, those royalties are divided according to each person’s registered percentage.
That’s why Danielle’s songwriting credits matter. She’s officially credited on songs such as Ditto, Super Shy, How Sweet, ASAP, and several others. As a registered songwriter, she is entitled to songwriting royalties generated from those works.
However, performer-related income is much more complicated right now because of the ongoing legal dispute between NewJeans and ADOR. According to Korean media reports, some performer-related revenue has become part of the current legal proceedings.
Because of that, it’s simply inaccurate to claim that every single stream automatically puts the same amount of money into every member’s pocket.
now that some hybe shareholders are finally speaking out i genuinely hope this can lead to something positive for newjeans and danielle. this situation has been dragged out for far too long and hybe and ador keep prolonging it without facing any real consequences
