Harvest may be over in the UK but in Sierra Leone rice harvest is in full swing.

Rice is such a staple there is a saying 'if you haven't eaten rice today then you haven't eaten!'

This beautiful field of rice is being harvested, bagged & transported before feeding many families.

The fruit in Madeira is absolutely amazing. I've had fruit there I've never even seen before. I love going to the fruit market to try new things 🍊 🍌 🍍
