@MS23840062 @kimmonismus Yeah, true that the government is sometimes incompetent when it comes to AI, but the threat was there and there was a much better way to handle this, but it is what it is I guess.

@kimmonismus On the pro plan subscription we all still use sonnet on there because it's just the model that allows us to vibe code as much as we want without actually destroying our usage limit like opus would.

But I know most vibe coders are on the 200 max plan...

@OpenAI It's really great that OpenAI is actually making these updates for the people, but sadly, I know that this is only for marketing and to get users.

After they swarm the whole marketplace, they'll start price hiking and doing everything that gets the people mad.

@bridgemindai It's sad to see Claude Fable go, but GPT 5.6 will probably not be as good as Fable was, but it would be quite a big step up because they do have amazing competition now.

OpenAI saw Anthropic's best model now and now is their opportunity to shine because it got taken back.

@kimmonismus It's really insane that what fable could do to be completely honest no one could think outside of the box like it does but I'm sad to see it go too.

But Opus can achieve this if you prompt it correctly as well. It just needs a little more prompting and a little more work.

Honestly, I am not surprised at the benchmarks of Fable 5 released to the community because I really did think it was a giant step up.

But I wasn't expecting it to be this giant. Rivaling GPT 5.5 currently, it's beating it on every single benchmark by a ton.

With mythos releasing today, I want to see what open AI cooks up with soon because this will be a giant change for the industry.

Mythos would probably shake it up once again because this is going to be a new era of models.

Sadly there isn't any "Jarvis" interfaces that anyone has for macs, or interactive and live wallpapers.

So instead, I'm building my own.

It's not that hard in this day and age, and I just started this project and it's already looking good.

This'll be such a cool future.

@TimJayas I feel like Google is just torn now because they have Google search, one of the most used products ever made. And they've been developing it for years. And then the AI comes along and steals the whole market.

And I guess they're just trying to get on top of themselves.

@bridgemindai I remember anthropic saying that ultra code is only needed to be used when like, there's a giant task like refactoring a whole app/database to another language or something that.

But this is a wise take, no matter who said it because ultra code is overkill for many, yet useful.

@bridgemindai Google really is behind the AI race now.

And that's quite surprising to see because they have so much compute and so much just raw power, but they're not using it to their full potential, I suppose.

I'm still waiting for Gemini 3.5 Pro in thinking though, they have potential.

@kimmonismus Of course, GPT 5.6 will release on the same week. That's the AI race there.

Nevertheless, I am expecting the Mythos model to be much better than GPT 5.6 because I feel the jump between 5.6 and 6 will be much greater and only 6 will rival like Mythos level models.

@kimmonismus @Lentils80 I'm very excited for the Claude Mythos model, to be honest. OpenAI definitely has competition now.

I thought Claude Mythos was just a small step up again because of the safeguards, but if you could one-shot this, I'm very excited to see what people can make with this.
