@AmericanAir Your baggage people have done nothing. NOTHING! They let our bag sit in CLT for 4 days for no reason, then when they finally mobilized the bag to Cabo, we had already left Cabo. And we told probably 10 different @AmericanAir employees to reroute the bag to LAX. But here we are.
