@FedExHelp told me to call the revenue department (which I had done 2x). Rev dept told me "sorry, there's nothing we can do" because it's been more than 15 days. I disputed this twice within the 15 day window on the phone with no resolution. Policy must be to run out the clock.

I paid extra for @FedEx /@FedExHelp to deliver a package overnight. The package came late, they lied about an attempted delivery, and the photo of the eventually delivery wasn't my house. They offered no remediation for their breach of contract.
