@thomMARS_ I pace around the house for 10-20min each hour if I'm staying home all day
If not I go to the gym and complete them on the treadmill
Lol you just have to realise that you can walk for minutes through the day you don't have to get the 10k step in the same hour

And comments about how much I look healthy again, and having a skinny friend and sister are enough
Since I lost my period, and realised I developed some kind of ed, I wanted to recover my period, I went through a reverse diet journey and gained 2kg of water weight, but because I was consistent with the gym, I looked leaner

This was my game changer, I was still strength training with other movement through the day
I started learning to build meals that has less calories but lots of volume, I started getting my calories lower and lower
I was SHOCKED by how much I was eating, like I'm talking 3-4k calories per day
I was told my calorie deficit is 1700 calories
My options were still bad so I was struggling with hunger & food noise and I only lost 2kg in MONTHS
@rina_in_space As a girl that struggled with ed and still get urges to restrict, I do lift weights and eating as low calorie as I can didn't give me my dream body, but eating 2300-2500kcal a day did, because yeah those muscles ain't growing from nothing 👍🏻 my raison is always my muscles
