*Playoffs: Hornets beat Asheville 2 games to 1 in the 1st round; beat Arkansas 3 games to 0 in championship
*Dixie Association was merger of Southern Lg & Texas Lg, lasting 1 year
1938 Charlotte Hornets program
*The 1938 team finished 2nd in the regular season by 1/2 a game, but won the playoffs - beating Portsmouth 3 games to 2 in the first round and Rocky Mount 4 games to 3 in the championship series.

Light the Knights Festival at Truist Field was really fun. Had never been, but we enjoyed tubing, ice skating - and the light displays & Christmas decorations were incredible. It runs thought Jan 4, so you still have time to go.

Archibald 'Moonlight' Graham treats children in Chilsom, Minnesota. He made his one and only appearance for the New York Giants in 1905 as a defensive replacement without a plate appearance and became a doctor.
