@Richard_X_Roe@adamElkkkk@Adrian_H Because only approx 50% of SCC55 is
comprised of silicon nano particles the
other half, the carbon structure that holds
the silicon...
ENVX silicon anode is 40 microns
Normal graphite anode is 90 microns
Cathodes are same thickness
@Adrian_H@adamElkkkk@envxfly19071 Just to be clear......you are stating that G14
claims that 100% SCC55 anodes have a
similar percentage swelling as 100% graphite
anodes.....that no containment is necessary,
no re-design of the electrode stack or jelly
roll is necessary for 100% SCC55 anodes?Tia
@adamElkkkk@Adrian_H The nano silicon used in SCC55 holds more
lithium than SIOx so has more ED but......
the Anode would be twice as thick as SIOx
anodes due to the carbon content.
@banrube@lv1468493@spenbaker@Foldnow1984 Ajay said 80%.......but there is no context
as usual.....
Is that 80% individual Zone yields or
Is that 80% Agility Line yields or
Is that 80% OEE yields.....
If Ajay is communicating an 80% line
yield then it would be a massive improvement
on Gen 1 final yields....
@spenbaker@lv1468493@Foldnow1984 And Raj stated in his opening remarks
that Yields are atm "comparable" to
final Gen 1 yields.....which was 60%.
So conflicting statements.........
@lv1468493@Foldnow1984 If the Agility Line yield was @ 80%,that would
mean over a 30% improvement from the Gen 1
line yield.....way in excess of "comparable" to
& something to crow about to investors imo.
@kcchris6 According to Raj in the latest CC in his opening
remarks the Agility line yield is still only
"Comparable" to final Gen 1 yields....so atm
no improvement.
