I wear the hats as Ops Manager, Finance Manager, HR Manager because there's only 2 of us in the core/management team.

I have a sales consultant that keeps referring to the finance team as MY FINANCE TEAM, and my knee jerk reaction

So that HIS boss can talk to him about his communication style.

I'm running a fucking training on the sop because fucking idiots can seem to get the concept of SOP

you know, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE.

I love wytchwood a lot, so looking for cozy games with no combat
