@NatWest_Help I am logging in with the same laptop, in the same location on the same WiFi network - but it still asks me every single time. I know this is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but it is just incredibly annoying as I have to waste time finding my phone every time!

@NatWest_Help the new system of having to retrieve my mobile phone to ‘enter the one time password’ has become extremely laborious extremely quickly. Why the sudden need for this every single time I log in? Seemantotally unnecessary considering how easy the app is to use.
