One year ago, @noamseg and I ran the largest tech work sentiment survey ever (over 8,000 responses).

We learned that:
- The majority of tech workers are experiencing significant burnout
- Mid-career workers are struggling the most
- Startup founders are the happiest people in tech
- Only a quarter of tech workers consider their managers highly effective
- Tech workers are overall very optimistic—but optimism is declining
