Something to keep in mind when one donates blood: There is a possibility they may have to halt the donation because of a hematoma (not a big deal) but then not notice (because they were dealing with the hematoma) the tube was not connected properly down in the collection machine

really really well, and say, “At least your hand is really clean!” And all the while & omnipresent in your head is you may end up answering in the affirmative the one big fear question you have: Can I bleed out while donating blood?
