I was privileged to lead a delegation of the

@PinchasRabbi, to meet with Pope Francis this morning in the Vatican. It was wonderful to hear his condemnation of growing anti-semitic demonstrations in Europe and his prayers for peace.

📚 Education is a human right!

For #MandelaDay this week, WJC and the @SAJBD launched the Eco Communal Centre and Classroom at the Harvest Centre of Education & Equality. The school, close to the town of Brakpan in 🇿🇦 South Africa's Gauteng province, caters mainly to the children of undocumented refugees.

Thank you to the members of the WJC’s Jewish Diplomatic Corps in South Africa who coordinated WJC’s support for the new eco-classroom.
