i have called them everyday every time the disconnects the call and never tells me the correct token number. They keep the call on hold for long time then cuts the call or says it will be refunded in 72 hrs. I have already raise a case on consumer forum portal

@SEVA_NBPDCL one of the worst customer support i did recharge for CA number 400139062 on 16th April for the amount 150. Bal. never updated. till now balance is not refunded customer care said 72 hrs now its more then 1 and half months, worst service provider
